To introduce you and your child to our program and tutors, we begin the process by inviting parents and children to our office for a “get to know you” meeting with Jennifer Herbst, our SOAR Head of Program. During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to see the workspace created specifically for this age group (pre-school to primary age) and learn about our program and tutors. This meeting will also give us a chance to meet and work with your child for the purpose of discerning the best tutor matches. The selected tutor will then reach out directly to you for scheduling purposes.
